The aim of this article is to carry out a preliminary survey of the presence of foreign languages in the curricula of the secondary schools that are part of Rosario National University, taking into account the variety of foreign languages that are offered, their curricular insertion and main teaching guidelines. We consider that presenting and systematizing this information is a necessary contribution to understand the role of foreign languages in institutional curricular projects and thus conceive future courses of action to sustain and/or improve their pedagogical proposals for secondary education in the university context.
